Visiting Somos Ecuador Restaurant

Alejandra Espinoza was born and grew up in Ecuador and visited the mountains, coast, and jungle to taste the food. When she was sixteen years, she went to France for ten years and then she came back. Later, Alejandra became in chef and open Somos Ecuador Restaurant with other chefs. Now they create a lot of dishes inspired by ingredients, flavors, and traditions of Ecuador, create unique dishes with local products, but with many global techniques that they learned through travel and studies. The chefs who work here have the same motto that is “Born in Ecuador. Inspired globally".
